INGESTRE ORANGERY POTENTIAL RESTORATION
UPDATE FROM THE WORKING GROUP

The working Group have had two meetings, the first at Ingestre Hall with representatives from Sandwell MBC, Community Council Staffordshire, Stafford Conservation Officer and Stafford Regeneration, when people were confident of getting most of the necessary capital funding. They  were now in the process of setting up the necessary charitable company and charitable status so that they could apply for support from the Architectural Heritage Fund for a grant for an options appraisal. This would provide evidence for (or against) the sustainability of the project which would be an essential part of any application for capital funding.
